| Skills | Proven track record in managing and leading a large marketing team with considerable multi-channel marketing expertise You will combine a high degree of creativity with excellent attention to detail and the ability to strategically plan and deliver large campaigns and projects on time and within budget Proven track record in website development working with both internal and external IT resource and suppliers A thorough knowledge of all elements of e-marketing including content, SEO and social media Excellent budgetary and forecasting skills Excellent man management skills with proven experience of managing and motivating large teams through KPIs The ideal candidate will have experience of marketing in a pan-european environment within a large expanding business |
