A great opportunity to work and live abroad. We are managing a new role for a property sales and marketing company, looking for a Member Services Manager, to be based in their HQ in Malta. The company will offer relocation assistance in addition to a competitive salary and benefits. The role would require a strong team leader, able to develop staff and implement agreed company procedures. This is an opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the company’s customer journey processes and procedures, bringing skills in customer services, engagement and service delivery. They are particularly keen to consider candidates with a background in hotel frequent guest programmes, airline frequent flyer programmes or from membership based organisations. There is a real focus on providing exemplary levels of customer service standards through an in-depth understanding of customer needs and an ability to motivate and train the team to deliver. There will be close liaison with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure a joined-up approach.
