FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I register my details with you and what happens next?
A. You need to send through a fully updated CV including current salary details and future expectations and location preference. Your CV will be distributed amongst all consultants and the most appropriate account manager will be in touch thereafter.

Q. Will my CV be forwarded to Clients or Companies without my knowledge?
A. We always advise you of where your CV is being sent and to whom. Under no circumstances is your CV forwarded without a discussion and prior approval from you.

Q. Will I meet with you to discuss my requirements?
A. On receiving your CV, it will be distributed amongst all our consultants. One of our account team will be in touch thereafter to either discuss relevant opportunities or to arrange a meeting. You may also receive a letter of acknowledgement from us expressing a wish to keep your details on file for more suitable relevant opportunities.

Q. What level of recruitment do you specialise in?
A. We primarily recruit middle and senior management positions. However, if you are a graduate with a few years work experience, we would be very interested in hearing from you for some of our graduate/junior management appointments.

Q. Do you have overseas positions?
A. We tend to recruit mainly UK based positions for company head offices. We occasionally recruit overseas-based roles, but these tend to be at senior management level.

Q. Do I need to call you on a regular basis or will you contact me with suitable opportunities?
A. Generally we will contact you with appropriate opportunities as and when they arise. However, we aim to build a regular rapport with our candidates and are therefore keen to hear from you as and when you wish.

Q. How much will your services cost me?
A. All our services are free to candidates.

Q. How will you contact me?
A. We aim to be as discreet as possible at all times. We will only contact you at work by phone or email if you have agreed to allow us to do so. Otherwise we will contact you via your home telephone number or mobile.
